Marty Galinsky is the President & C.O.O. of Fusion Logistics, Inc. a Nationwide End-to-
End Third Party Logistics (3PL), Dedicated Delivery and Consulting services company that provides multiple offerings to both Shippers and Carriers in the small-package, final
mile delivery space.
Prior to joining Fusion Logistics Mr. Galinsky served as the Division President of
Operational Finance for Velocity Express, LLC and Velocity Express Corporation with lead accountability for overall corporate/location budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and planning. Mr. Galinsky interfaced with the Corporate Finance Group, Business Processes Group, Sales Organization and Division Operations Presidents. Mr. Galinsky developed and supported key Senior Management initiatives with strategic planning, metrics development, process improvement, financial best practices, auditing, controls & procedures, financial reporting, profit improvement, rate management and financial analysis. Mr. Galinsky’s responsibilities included oversight of the Central Bid Team, Outsourced Transportation Group, Operational Finance Team, Planning & Analysis Team, Sales Commissions Processing Group, Driver Settlement Team and Corporate Insurance Program. Mr. Galinksy joined Velocity Express through the merger with CD&L Inc. in 2006.
Prior the merger, Mr. Galinsky served as the Southeast Regional Vice President for CD&L, Inc, an $82 million dollar division of the companies $285 million in annual revenue. Mr. Galinsky directed all operations, finance, facilities management, human resources, IT, business development, and customer relationship activities within SE region with 26 locations in 12 states. During his tenure, revenue grew from $29M to $82M with bottom line profitability increases from $1.2M to $4.8M annually, while successfully executing the merger & integration of several strategic acquisitions
Prior to joining CD&L, Mr. Galinsky was President of Crown-Bestway a Florida based
Courier/Distribution Company acquired by CD&L during its initial IPO and rollup. He
also held a senior management position at Holiday Day Inn, Corporation and was an
accountant with Schonberg & Fawer, CPA, a New York City based a public accounting
During his tenure with Velocity Express, Mr. Galinsky served on the board of directors of the Milestone Insurance Captive, where he represented the interests of company and the courier industry as a whole.
Mr. Galinsky is a graduate of Rutgers University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in
Accounting & Economics and a Masters Degree in Economics.
